1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with IPTV Stream for any reason — channel availability, stream quality, device compatibility, or anything else — request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. No questions asked, no cancellation fees, no hoops to jump through. The guarantee applies to all plan durations: monthly, quarterly, and annual.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email help@catchontv1.email with your account email and "refund request" in the subject line. Include your purchase date so we can verify eligibility. We process approved refunds within 24 hours. The refund is credited back to your original payment method and typically appears on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

3. After the 7-Day Window

Once the 7-day guarantee period passes, we cannot offer a full refund. However, if you experience technical issues that our support team has not been able to resolve, contact us — we can offer prorated credit toward a different plan, extended service time to compensate for downtime, or a priority support escalation to fix your issue.

4. What Is Not Refundable

Refunds cover service-level dissatisfaction, not circumstances outside our control. Specifically: account bans from simultaneous-stream violations or terms-of-service breaches, issues caused by unsupported devices or third-party applications we list as incompatible, and partial-month downgrade requests after the 7-day window.

5. Free Trial

Our 24-hour free trial requires no payment information. There is nothing to refund — test the service on your devices, check your favorite channels, and only subscribe if it works for you. We built the trial so you never need a refund in the first place.

6. Subscription Renewals

Plans auto-expire at the end of their term. We do not auto-renew or store payment details, so there is no surprise charge to dispute. If you want to continue, purchase a new plan before or after your current one expires.
